Apple Inc (NASDAQ:AAPL) has sent a “Hello Again” invite for media to attend its event at its headquarters in Cupertino, allegedly for the launch of new MacBook Pro and Air models. The event and the CEO Tim Cook’s keynote could be watched LIVE on their website as well.
It’s been a year since the last major update to its MacBook lineup, where the company has introduced a sleeker version of the MacBook. However, Apple also made some specification changes in its early-2016’s MacBook launch, but not significant.
According to the experts, Apple would also follow the path of iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus to make a big change in the ports, either by removing some ports such as 3.5mm headphone jacks, or by introducing any new standard ports for all-in-one usages. Rumors also suggest that Apple Inc is keen on implementing Iris Scanner or Fingerprint scanner in its new lineup of notebooks.
Apple would also announce the demise of some of its older MacBook models, example, the company sells its 2012’s MacBook models even today. Not surprisingly, the screen size would remain same – a 13 inch and a 15 inch device.
Meanwhile, we don’t have any clues expect an image, a date and 2 words – “Hello Again,” which hints at a major launch for the company that could turn things up for Apple. The tech firm used “Hello” when it launched the Mac for the first time in 1984. Stay tuned for more updates.
