SteelSeries is revealed a brand new gaming mouse: The SteelSeries Rival 600 with a couple of sensors that could make or break a competitive match. The TrueMove3+ dual optical sensor system is a primary sensor that exclusively tracks general player movements and lift-off distance, which gives more accuracy.

The TrueMove3+ dual sensor setup is the same high-end Pixart optical sensor found in SteelSeries’ the Rival 310 and Sensei 310 mice. The setup is ultra-low-latency, jitter-free and great for competitive gaming.

The most important thing to consider when purchasing a new gaming mouse is choosing the mouse with the best sensor. Now, players need to decide whether they want to go for a gaming mouse with just one sensor or select for new dual sensor setup.

Alongside this newly augmented sensor suite, the Rival 600 also features customizable weight and balance options for over 256 different combinations.

Jason Christian, the product marketing manager at SteelSeries, said, “As you pick up the mouse and put it down, it tends to move off track,” “The cursor moves and you get on track again. They wanted the lowest possible liftoff distance. We designed this for zero wobbles.”

The overall design of the Rival 600 is an ergonomic right-handed mouse only, and it also employs pure silicone grips and a soft-touch finish. It has a built-in 32-bit ARM processor that allows gamers to handle button remapping, sensitivity options, macros, and CPI settings, as well as and lighting effects within the SteelSeries Engine Software.

The SteelSeries Rival 600 costs for $80 and it is now available on Steelseries’ store and Amazon.
