This September 27th, an X Box Exclusive makes its way to the gaming shelves, presenting Playground Studios’ Forza Horizon 3.
Marking third instalment in the five year old Horizon series, this game has garnered good reviews via trailers and promo trials. Announced in June during Microsoft’s E3 show, Forza Horizon 3 is up for pre-order X Box One and Windows 10 users. For those X Box One gamers who order the game before its release, would get following 2 additional car packs:
- Forza Horizon 2 Rockstar Car Pack
- Forza Motorsport 6 Meguiar’s Car Pack
Forza Horizon 3 showcases over 350 cars which can be driven through various terrains across Australia. These cars can be thoroughly explored by the gamers, thanks to Forza Vista mode.
From conventional cars to buggies, off road trucks and even muscle, the racing portfolio is diversely spread to provide a complete racing-gaming-driving experience.
To add to the excitement, Forza Horizon 3 would feature Lamborghini Centenario and the 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor.
The Huge Map and Terrain
As per developers at Forza, the new Australian map is the largest and most diverse that Forza has ever made (almost twice that of Forza Horizon 2). The map spreads from beaches, jungles, outbacks to the latest hi-tech cities. The gamer would then be able to drive on top class speedways as well as go for off-road and 4X4 driving.
Boss of the Horizon Festival: Campaign Mode
Unlike previous games, you are not just a beginner at the Horizon Festival anymore. You are very much in charge of it and it is your job to organise races in the celebratory environment of the Horizon. In this campaign mode, there would be a fresh storyline with a lot of exciting and challenging races. You can even create new events and races using the Horizon Blueprint option.
Among other customisation options, gamers can stream other music via Groove Station, create customised ambiences and when connected with friends over X Box Live, the options even expand.
Forza Horizon 3 is definitely ticking the adrenaline high among automotive enthusiasts as well the gamers.
Being exclusive to the Microsoft platform, Horizon 3 has the cross platform multiplyayer, apart from the conventional co-player online and the multiplayer online mode. Apart from the conventional keyboard and X Box One controller, the game can also be played using a gaming steering wheel.
Forza has been in the general habit of providing some well researched games with amazing gameplay and graphics. As far Horizon 3’s initial reviews are concerned, it is no exception to it. We hope that the game gets some of the best holiday gaming experiences for its users. Check out the gripping trailer of the game below:
